Ella & Bayden. Two very special humans, and man we might be bias because they are our friends, but don’t they look smokin’ together!! These two beauties are Wanaka locals who both have strong ties to the aviation industry. Bayden is a pilot and Ella’s family own a helicopter company on the west coast. Needless to say, Bayden is usually the one flying us to the tops of mountain tops. This time however, it was his turn! Just not on the wedding day though… Mother Nature had other ideas for that day! The celebration was everything that all good parties should be, and brought together all of the best bits about being human. Love, hugs, connection and celebrating damn good people! Thoughtful personal touches were a regular theme throughout the day, and Ella’s speech was a song that she’d written for Bayden (what a voice this gal has!!). It was enough to bring tears to the eyes of even the most stoic of photographers! Whilst they couldn’t fly on their wedding day, they took the chance to get into the mountains for a few snaps after the wedding day. Bayden doubling as pilot and groom. Pretty damn cool. A magical finish to the most epic of celebrations xxx
